What we cover
How the session works
- It is a one-to-one class. We look at your specific problem and work on that.
- You choose your current level on the contact form, and we teach from there.
- If you have never made latte art, we aim for L1 (Heart) if you can get there, and we will definitely get you to L0 so you understand the basics and can practise later.
- If you are already past L0, we try to push you to the next level and fix the mistakes holding you back.
Where will you start?
Foundations of Latte Art
Learn silky milk steaming, jug and cup grip, pouring posture, and control of pour height, flow, and cup tilt.
Heart
Build a balanced, symmetrical heart with a steady pour and a clean cut-through.
Heart-in-Heart
Place a smaller heart within a larger one, developing precise positioning and controlled stop-start pours.
Tulip
Build a layered tulip using consistent drops, controlled pushes, and a clean final cut-through.
Wiggle Heart
Introduce rhythmic side-to-side movement to create an evenly rippled heart.
Rosetta
Combine a steady wiggle with a controlled pullback to create a balanced, leaf-like design.
Wing-Base Tulip
Combine a rippled wing base with stacked tulip layers for a complete intermediate design.
